In 2019, the old real estate adage "Location! Location! Location!" can easily be replaced with "Marketing! Marketing! Marketing!"   It is essential in today's fast-paced marketplace to employ an agent who not only understands marketing, but who really gets it.

The basic process of all marketing is supply and demand.  When inventory is depleted and demand for housing increases, that is a Seller's market.  During a stasis point or high housing starts, the market reverts to a Buyer's market, so timing -- at a micro level -- is everything.
